An existing home in Highland Park, a suburb of Dallas, needed significant reconstruction after previous renovations and additions had left the house dark and dated.

Interior flow was improved to create a dramatic sequence of spaces, sharing natural light from one room into another. Interior volumes were manipulated to expand and contract through the house. New millwork, trim, and finishes elevate the interior finish-out.
